Job Summary

Perform cleaning and replenishment tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene and guest comfort in resort units and public areas, supporting smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Change and make bed linens to ensure clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests
• Replace used towels promptly to maintain guest hygiene standards
• Sweep and mop floors to keep all units clean and safe for guests and staff
• Vacuum and dust all units to maintain a dust-free and pleasant environment
• Replenish bath care products and toiletries to ensure guests have necessary amenities available
• Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar to maintain guest convenience and satisfaction
• Clean public areas including corridors, pathways, and external areas of bus units to uphold overall resort cleanliness
• Perform overnight duties as assigned to support continuous resort operations
• Carry out adhoc duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor to assist with operational needs
