Our client is a single-family office overseeing comprehensive wealth management activities. With a focus on personalised service and strategic asset growth, they offer tailored financial solutions that cater to the complex needs of high net worth individuals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented House Manager to support a high net worth family at their private home, overseeing smooth running of all household operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a high level of discretion and professionalism - you will excel in this role if you possess the mindset that no task is too small for you, and believe that providing high quality and impeccable service to support your principals is your top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the family estate, including managing domestic helpers
  • Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of the residence and garden landscape and undertake simple basic home maintenance tasks
  • Plan and organise family birthday parties and other events
  • Assist with domestic HR eg helper applications, visa renewals, and medical checkups
  • Handle bill payments, property documents, car insurance and taxes and other documents and applications as required
  • Procure and manage household purchases, supplies, and groceries

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a House Manager/ Butler/ Concierge Service or similar role, ideally within a family office or luxury service/ hospitality environment.
  • Prior experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals is highly advantageous.
  • An understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette, tailored to managing High Net Worth clients needs and preferences.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle complex schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
