Maintain the households in an orderly and efficient manner
Plan and coordinate events and social gatherings, such as dinner parties and receptions
Ensure the security of the household and its contents, including valuableartwork and other collectibles
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout thehouseholds
Attend to the needs of the guests, including serving meals, drinks, andsnacks
Purchase of items including daily supplies and others
Oversees households improvement, repair & maintenance and renovation
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Take on occasional relief driving duties when needed.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, orrelated fields.
Previous experience in a similar role such as household management,personal assistance, or hospitality management.
Good organizational and time management skills to effectively managingvarious household tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize unexpected eventsor tasks may arise in the household environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data,identify trends and handle challenging situations with professionalism andtact.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvements.
Good attention to detail and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
