Job Description

Job Title: House Manager

Location: Singapore (Dual Headquarters)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the households in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Plan and coordinate events and social gatherings, such as dinner parties and receptions
  • Ensure the security of the household and its contents, including valuable artwork and other collectibles
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the households
  • Attend to the needs of the guests, including serving meals, drinks, and snacks
  • Purchase of items including daily supplies and others
  • Oversees households improvement, repair & maintenance and renovation
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Take on occasional relief driving duties when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar role such as household management, personal assistance, or hospitality management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively managing various household tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with household staff, service providers and family members.
  • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize unexpected events or tasks may arise in the household environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data, identify trends and handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
