Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with other daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
- Friendly,professional, and customer-focused.
- Flexible and willing to perform both front desk and housekeeping duties.
- Previous experience in hotel front office, housekeeping, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to workshifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
