- Hotel Receptionist
- 6 days, 3 rotating shifts - 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am (midnight shift twice a month)
- Salary: $1800-$2000
- Location: Somerset
Job scope:
- Booking reservations for guests, including room rates, room availability, and special requests
- Perform registration duties for all hotel guests.
- Reviewing guest check-in information, such as name, address, credit card number, and phone number
- Assigns appropriate guests rooms based on their preferences.
- Handles guests requests through incoming calls and performs follows up on guests requests.
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
