Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and throughout their stay
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
  • Maintain and update guest records accurately in the system
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed efficiently
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills confident engaging, with guests from all walks of life
  • Willingness to learn - full training will be provided
  • Able to work 12 hrs rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays
