Hotel Maintenance Technician / Handyman - Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician / Multi-Skilled Handyman to support daily hotel maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair works within the hotel.

Carry out painting works including touch-ups and wall painting.

Repair and maintain flooring and carry out minor carpentry works.

Conduct basic air-conditioning troubleshooting, repair, and servicing.

Attend to maintenance requests from Front Office and Housekeeping.

Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant maintenance or handyman experience (hotel experience preferred).

Skilled in painting, flooring repair, and basic air-conditioning works.

Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.

Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.

Work Arrangement: 5 days work, 2 days off OR 6 days work, 1 day off (depending on operational needs)

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens / S P R / SLTVP holders only.

Able to respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.

Relevant technical certification is an advantage.
