About Us

Duxton Reserve, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, is a heritage boutique hotel in the heart of Singapore. As we transition to self-management and reposition upmarket, we are seeking a hands-on HR professional to take full ownership of the function and shape our people strategy.

The Opportunity

This is a career-defining role for an HR generalist who is ready to step into leadership. As a department of one, you'll lead the entire HR functiondirectly influencing the employee experience for a close-knit team of roughly 50 colleagues. Without layers of hierarchy or staff beneath you, your work will have immediate visibility and impact across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full spectrum of HR functions: administration, recruitment, training, compliance, and social responsibility.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies aligned with our repositioning strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Champion employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR with 8+ years of HR experience.
  • Proven track record as a generalist, with exposure to administration, recruitment, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
  • A hands-on professional who thrives in boutique hospitality or luxury service environments.
  • Ready to step into a role with full responsibility and autonomy.
