Hotel Front Receptionist [6405]

Chin Swee Rd (near Chinatown MRT)

5 days (8 hrs/day including 45 mins break)

Shift hours: 7am - 3pm 3pm - 11pm 11pm - 7am

$2200 - $2500

Responsibilities:

• Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
• Handles guests inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
• Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
• Performs other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
• Training provided
