About the Role
We are looking for responsible, passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Hotel Barista. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting quality coffee while delivering a refined and memorable guest experience in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to hotel guests
- Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times
- Engage with guests confidently and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area
- Handle daily opening and closing duties
- Follow operational procedures, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B service is preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well-groomed with a clean and professional appearance
- No visible tattoos or piercings while on duty
- Comfortable engaging and interacting with guests
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
