Job Summary/Purposes
The Caffe Host / Hostess ensures proper management of reception-related operations in the store, fully adhering to company policies and local regulations. As the first and last direct contact with customers, aims to leave a lasting positive impression.
Responsibilities:
- Provides a welcoming experience to customers in line with the company's excellence service standards, aiming to understand the primary purpose of their visit to guide them effectively.
- Ensures that the cash area and department are always in perfect order, with all equipment and accessories used in service well-maintained and clean, following company guidelines.
- Handles customer complaints by involving the department manager or Caff manager depending on the situation's severity and the type of customer (e.g., regular customer, VIP, etc.).
- Manages phone and email communication with customers for order taking, reservations, or information requests.
- Participates in regular checks to maintain order, cleanliness, and the pastry shop's excellent image, adhering to company guidelines and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Follows company guidelines strictly regarding uniform care and personal appearance to align with the company's image.
