You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships. Greets customers and seats guests accordingly.

Your Profile

. Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations or restaurant. Will be an advantage.

. A can-do attitude.

Flexible Working Hours

Commit at least 3 days a week

Salary: $12 nett (Employee's CPF paid by Andaz Singapore)

Time: 11.00am - 3.00pm and 5.45pm -10.30pm
