The Host/Hostess will report directly to the Restaurant Manager (RM) or designated personnel, playing a crucial role in achieving the restaurant's annual operating budget.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily front-of-house operations, including bar tasks like beverage preparation, dining area setup, and reservation management.
- Maintain telephone etiquette in line with the manager's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of products as defined by the company and management standards.
- Meet sales targets through effective upselling of food and beverages while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with hygiene regulations, health and food safety standards, and risk management protocols, promoting a safe working environment, particularly during deliveries.
- Collaborate with the RM to plan and execute strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Manage inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, and stocktaking, while completing daily Food Safety Management System (FSMS) monitoring forms.
- Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and infection control procedures at all times.
- Consistently deliver the company brand promise and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant and bar menu, including recipes.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the restaurant manager or designated personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering, receiving, and restocking in accordance with FSMS guidelines.
