We are seeking an enthusiastic, service oriented, and motivated Host to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and personalized arrival, stay, and departure experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide prompt, courteous service
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments with accuracy and professionalism
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs, offering solutions and recommendations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and follow hotel policies and procedures
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Uphold service standards to create a memorable and positive guest experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Possess minimum G.C.E. O levels
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Good working knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
- Minimum 6-month work experience in hotel operations
