Hospital Facilities Operations Assistant Manager (M&E)

What you'll be doing

• Maintain all building services, plant equipment, and engineering systems through preventive and corrective maintenance programmes

• Conduct regular inspections to minimise equipment downtime and prevent service disruptions in a care environment

• Manage capital improvements and infrastructure upgrades, including budget planning, vendor quotations, and project execution

• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders on facility enhancement projects

• Drive energy management initiatives and identify opportunities for long-term operational efficiency

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities management team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and pride

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

• Build strong relationships with clinical teams, hospital leadership, authorities, and external partners, acting as the trusted advisor for facilities matters

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management Engineering, or related discipline

• 4 - 6 years of working experience in facilities operations management

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills

• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in healthcare settings

• Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
