Leading the team and responsible in all aspects of Landscape matters (Turf, Horti & Arbor), including projects development work.
Managing daily Landscape Operation which comprises of effective work planning and management of workforce and resources.
Responsible for maintaining of proper documentation, applications, records and all relevant reports submission for smooth work operation.
Work closely with various stakeholders and ensure safety compliance on site, performance standards, schedule and cost budget.
Attending meeting and site inspections with client to achieve the desired service and quality standards.
You will require a high level of decision making and project management skills. You should demonstrate advanced knowledge in both Arboriculture and Horticulture fields, with broad knowledge in chemicals and applications.
Coupled with vast knowledge and experience, you will deliver excellent results and revenue to the organization.
Job Requirement
Degree in horticulture and above.
Knowledge in Plants and Trees Identification is critical in this role.
Good communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Committed to work in meeting deadlines.
Pro-active working attitude and strong decision making skill.
