To report to the Town Council's General Manager on all horticulture and landscape matters.
To oversee horticulture and landscape maintenance of common property within the Town and ensure that such property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, and properly maintained in accordance with the standards required by the relevant authorities.
To recommend and coordinate improvement works for the Town Council, including but not limited to horticulture-related projects, estate upgrading works, and beautification initiatives.
To manage the horticulture team through effective supervision, training, and performance management.
To manage landscape and arboriculture contractors, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to contract requirements.
To implement tree risk management measures, conduct inspections, and coordinate emergency responses for fallen or hazardous trees.
Requirements:
Approved university degree in horticulture and landscape management or other approved qualifications with at least five (5) years relevant experience in horticulture and landscape management
