About the Role

Responsible for promoting fresh produce supply business and developing HORECA clients, including food courts, cafs, independent restaurants, chain catering brands, hotels, and central kitchens. HORECA Definition: Hotel, Restaurant & Caf (HRC), Food & Beverage (F&B) + Hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Client Development: Focus on HORECA clients (food courts, cafs, independent restaurants, chain catering, hotels, central kitchens, etc.). Proactively conduct on-site visits to identify potential clients, strictly adhere to daily visit quotas, promote the FoodMax APP, guide clients through registration and ordering processes, and achieve monthly new client acquisition and sales performance targets.
  • Payment Collection Management: Responsible for client credit term review, bill verification, and payment collection. Establish a payment tracking mechanism, control credit risks, and ensure timely and full receipt of payments.
  • After-Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to handle product sourcing, price requests, delivery coordination, and client complaints, maintaining long-term cooperative relationships.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: College diploma or above; at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the food, fresh produce, or catering supply chain industry; proven client resources and cooperation cases in Singapore's HORECA sector.

Required Skills

  • Core Competencies: Results-oriented; strong communication, negotiation, and cross-departmental collaboration skills; ability to meet daily visit targets; proficiency in risk control and client relationship management.
  • Hard Requirements: Fluent in both English and Chinese; valid Singapore driving license; candidates with their own vehicles are preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility; excellent stress resistance; quick response to clients urgent needs.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Remuneration & Incentives: Industry-leading commission (performance-based, no upper limit), linked to sales results and payment collection.
  • Training & Development: Provide specialized training on products, sales scripts, and risk control. High-performing employees can be promoted to Supervisor, Manager, and higher positions step by step.
  • Work Environment: Results-oriented management with support for independent work scheduling.
