To lead the exciting development of home design service, setting and leading the business unit in line with the country business plan, with the goal to establish IKEA as the first destination for furnishing businesses in the local market.
- Mentoring and leading a team of motivated home design specialists with dotted line reporting leading to achievement of targets
- Achieving clear and realistic goals, evaluate individual and team performance, build sustainable sales pipeline and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of accountability.
- Implementing sales training and development programs, including consultative selling and imparting IKEA democratic design knowledge.
- Build ecosystem of partners and managing of relations, to continuously introduce new services that supports customer's buying journey
- Ensures quality of designexperience in store leading to final implementation
- Collaborate with other functions such as stores, fulfilment, marketing teams, on product and service-related topics to provide a high quality and seamless customer shopping experience in various touchpoints.
- Participate at industry events, organize trade shows to promote brand and product awareness.
