As a Home Care Doctor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct medical consultations and clinical advice to individual patients.
- Provide office-hours consultation / advice to patients and medical team when required.
- Follow up with patient and ensure their wellbeing clinically.
- Ensure investigation sent are reviewed and appropriate care has been given.
- Take the lead in facilitating delivery of high-quality clinical services
- Work closely with other medical professionals to support and ensure consistent approach and delivery of care services.
- Work closely with nursing managers and medical team to contribute overall growth and development.
Requirements:
- Recognized medical degree by SMC
- Full Registration with SMC
- Have Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine/ Geriatric Medicine will be an advantage
