We'relooking for a Marketing Executive who knows the Singapore market well and isgenuinely curious about where marketing can create the next win - not justsomeone who executes a checklist. You'll take ownership of email campaignsend-to-end (strategy, copy, and performance) and bring solid research chops tothe table, while actively scouting new channels, formats, and ideas we haven'ttried yet. This role suits someone 1-3 years into their marketing career whowants more ownership, faster feedback loops, and room to experiment.
WhatYou'll Own
- Lead market research initiatives - competitor tracking, customer insights, and trend-spotting specific to the Singapore market - and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Bring a point of view on the Singapore consumer/business landscape to shape campaign timing, messaging, and channel choices.
- Proactively identify and pilot new marketing avenues (channels, formats, partnerships, content types, events) beyond what's currently in play and make the case for what's worth scaling.
- Develop clear, compelling content across email, social, and campaign collateral that's on-brand and audience-relevant.
- Continuously test and optimize email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and turn learnings into sharper campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to align messaging with broader business goals.
- Track campaign performance, pull insights from analytics tools, and report on what's working (and what isn't) with recommendations, not just numbers.
What YouBring
- 1-3 years of hands-on, core marketing experience, ideally with direct exposure to the Singapore market and its consumer/business nuances.
- Proven experience writing and running email marketing campaigns - you can point to copy you've written and results you've driven.
- A research-oriented mindset, with prior experience conducting market research (competitor analysis, surveys, customer/industry insights).
- A naturally curious, exploratory approach to marketing - someone who asks what else could we try rather than waiting to be told.
- Working knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and basic analytics tools.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal handholding.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Nice toHave
- Exposure to other channels - social media, SEO/content, paid ads, or events.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) for quick campaign mock-ups.
What WeOffer
- Real ownership of campaigns from day one - not just execution, but strategy input.
- A team that's open to testing new ideas and channels, not just repeating what's worked before.
- Direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Clear growth path within the marketing function.
