High-Performance Network Engineer

Role Overview :

• Design, deploy, and support high-performance networks for HPC, AI, and data-intensive workloads
• Ensure low-latency, high-bandwidth, highly available network environments
• Work closely with HPC, storage, and application teams

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate high-speed network fabrics for HPC and AI clusters

• Support InfiniBand (HDR/NDR), RoCE, and high-performance Ethernet

• Manage leaf-spine data center network architectures

• Configure and maintain RDMA-enabled networks and QoS

• Monitor and optimize network performance for MPI and GPU workloads

• Troubleshoot latency, congestion, packet loss, and throughput issues

• Provide production support, incident handling, and escalation

• Perform network changes, patching, and upgrades

• Maintain network documentation and diagrams

• Automate network configuration and validation

• Support capacity planning and future expansion

• Implement network security controls and segmentation

Requirements :

• 5+ years experience in data center or HPC networking

• Strong hands-on experience with high-performance networking technologies

• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset

• CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certifications preferred
