A growing financial services organization is looking for an experienced High Net Worth Case Manager to support a highperforming sales team and manage endtoend new business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive new business and postsale operational support to sales professionals
- Prepare illustrations, quotations, and proposal materials to support client engagements
- Coordinate and manage case submissions across multiple external counterparties until completion
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and updates within internal systems
- Take on additional operational duties aligned with business needs as they arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience in case management with High Net Worth clients within insurance, financial services, or a related industry
- Strong familiarity with underwriting and submission requirements across multiple providers
- MAS license required (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
