High Commission Based Recruiters

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can work independently and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement under a licensed agency platform.

Though this is not a salaried position, it is market-highest-commission-only role, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who already has contacts, client relationships, or candidate pipelines and wants the flexibility to operate independently while earning a significant share of placement fees. We're looking for someone with strong experience recruiting both local and foreign candidates, backed by an established client network and proven placement record.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own recruitment desk source, qualify, and place candidates.
• Build relationships directly with employers, hiring managers, or other recruiters.
• Maintain and grow your own network of clients and candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on placements.
• Ensure a professional and compliant recruitment process under the agency licence.

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years experience in recruitment.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR.
• Proven ability to close placements and manage clients independently.
• A strong personal or industry network is essential. Preferably in Fintech, Information Technology or Marine.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined able to operate without supervision.

Compensation

• Commission based
• Earn a high percentage of each successful placement fee.
