As a HIG IE technician, your responsibilities encompass supporting lab activities in terms of product electrical failure analysis, product fault detection and debugging, analysis of data, procurement of items, inventory logistic management, audits, continual improvements, housekeeping and project undertaking.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Able to perform as a lead, and mentor junior technician(s) (A plus if possesses this ability)
Able to understand and support budget activity (capital, operational capital, expense) (A plus if possesses this ability)
Able to articulate onsite audits, preparation for audits and provide follow up to audit outcome.
Able to drive safety culture among the lab members and the site. Be a safety role model when applicable.
Able to establish effective ESD regime in the lab.
Able to understand and know how to extract data for product performance reports.
Able to report validation defect/issue and drive closure.
Ensure document integrity and compliance with internal and external procedures
Follow safety procedures and area work rules
Able to identify and promote process/equipment Improvements
Assist and maintain EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) and Security requirements

Requirements:
Diploma or Nitec in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous for senior roles.
Ability to work flexibly in a team, supporting different functions during shortage of manpower.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
Experience in first-level failure analysis in the semiconductor industry.
With 10 years of experience in semiconductor industry would be considered as engineer role.
