Heritage Tour Guide

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tour Guide License
• Minimum GCE O Level with at least 5 passes
• Experience in museums, heritage attractions, places of interest or related homeland security industries preferred
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging guided tours for local and overseas visitors
• Present historical information accurately and professionally
• Facilitate interactive exhibits and visitor activities
• Ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Encourage visitor participation and feedback
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to operational procedures
