Healthcare Specialist (Senior)

Role Description

This part-time, remote role for a Senior Healthcare Specialist is focused on advancing the well-being of community members by supporting and building healthcare access initiatives. Responsibilities include providing healthcare guidance, conducting trainings, coordinating healthcare-related projects, and offering medical expertise. Collaboration with student leaders and partners to develop impactful strategies and programs to improve access to healthcare is key to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMT and Medicine, with a strong understanding of healthcare practices and principles
• Excellent Communication and Training skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and mentor others
• Background in Healthcare, with a passion for making a positive impact on underserved communities
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, remote, and student-driven environments
• Previous experience in community health initiatives or nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or related fields are beneficial
