The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical backbone of how DARA reaches clinicians. You'll work across the full deployment lifecycle - from pre-sales solutioning to go-live and ongoing optimisation - bridging our software engineering, customer success, and solutions consulting teams to deliver integrations that work reliably in complex healthcare IT environments.

What you'll own

• Lead end-to-end technical integration of DARA® into healthcare provider systems - including EMRs, LIS, and hospital information systems - using HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants during pre-sales to scope integration requirements, design tailored demos, and build winning proposals
• Drive customer onboarding, deployment configuration, and go-live alongside Software Engineers and Customer Success Managers
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients through the implementation lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and managing escalations
• Document integration architectures, API workflows, and deployment runbooks to accelerate future rollouts
• Engage stakeholders across private clinics, public hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare IT vendors in Singapore and the region

What you bring

• Hands-on software development experience - proficiency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar) and comfort working with APIs
• Experience integrating with healthcare IT systems familiarity with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, or clinical data standards is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear solutions for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Track record in a customer-facing technical role - pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical account management
• Strong communication and presentation skills you can run a whiteboard session with a CIO and a live demo with a clinician in the same day
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Background in health tech, digital health, or clinical environments is highly valued
