Working Hours: 5.5 days (Office Hours)

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Service Associate is responsible for providing frontline administrative support and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for patients. The role involves patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and general customer service duties within a clinical or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
• Handle phone, email, or walk-in inquiries regarding services and appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system.
• Process billing, payments, and issue receipts to patients.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient flow.
• Assist in managing clinic supplies and administrative inventory.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is organized and patient-friendly.
• Support other administrative duties as required by the clinic or hospital.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Experience in healthcare or front desk roles is a plus
