What you'll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of outpatient clinics and hospital service points to ensure efficient and patient-centred care delivery
- Review and enhance workflows, SOPs, and service standards to improve operational performance and patient experience
- Monitor operational performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
- Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to support service delivery, manpower deployment, and resource optimisation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to streamline administrative and clinical operations
- Support planning, budgeting, and procurement activities related to operational needs
- Handle feedback management, incident reporting, and follow-up to ensure service quality and compliance
- Supervise and guide junior staff in daily operations and service management
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Administration/ Business or related studies
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in hospital or clinic operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
