Location: 30 Lor Ampas, #01-01, Singapore 328783 (Central)

Hours: 5 Days work week

Job Description:

A Healthcare Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting and selling medical products, equipment, or healthcare services to healthcare providers, such as hospitals, clinics, and doctors.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Sales and Marketing

Product Promotion: Represent and promote medical products, devices, or services to healthcare professionals.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of the product.

2. Relationship Management

Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.

Customer Training: Educate healthcare professionals about product usage, features, and benefits, and provide ongoing training or troubleshooting when necessary.

3. Market Analysis

Industry Trends: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from healthcare providers on products and services and report this information to the company for product development or improvement.

4. Administrative Duties

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

Compliance: Ensure that sales practices comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Travel: Travel to healthcare facilities, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to meet clients and promote products.

5. Collaboration with Other Teams

Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Training and Support: Assist in training new team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and best practices.

6. Target Achievement

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets set by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Experience in working with customers to resolve orders issues

- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
