You will manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities with healthcare professionals, delivering tailored product solutions and contributing to overall territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the healthcare space
- Plan and execute daily outreach activities to engage healthcare professionals and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Present product solutions and process orders accurately based on product information and pricing guidelines
- Track and report sales activities, market feedback, and territory performance on a regular basis to support business planning
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, product developments, and market dynamics
- Continuously build product and industry knowledge through training sessions, professional resources, and networking opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to support overall business objectives and contribute to team success
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- No prior experience required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided
- Candidates with relevant sales experience will have an added advantage
- Individuals with strong sporting background or active involvement in co-curricular activities are welcome
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude are highly valued
- Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
- No requirement for personal transport, though it will be an advantage if available
