Healthcare Research & Analytics Analyst - Evaluation & Insights (2 Years Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Lead and execute end-to-end healthcare research, evaluation, and data analysis projects

• Develop and support evaluation frameworks, research methodologies, and analytical approaches

• Conduct statistical analysis on healthcare and operational datasets to support decision-making

• Translate stakeholder needs into structured research questions and analytics solutions

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualisation outputs

• Ensure adherence to data governance, research ethics, and data protection standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on healthcare research and data-driven initiatives

• Design and implement data workflows and automation for reporting and research efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics/ Research/ Sciences or related studies

• 2 - 4 years of working experience in healthcare research/ evaluation/ data analytics roles

• Strong background in healthcare research methodologies/ programme evaluation/ applied statistics

• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent statistical/ visualisation tools

• Experience in designing or supporting research studies, surveys, or evaluation frameworks

• Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience

• Ability to communicate complex research findings clearly and effectively

• Good understanding of data governance, research ethics, and data protection principles

• Prior experience in healthcare, public health, or clinical research environments is highly preferred
