Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
- Identify and engage high-calibre candidates while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
