Our client, a leading architectural consultancy, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Planner / Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality healthcare projects across Southeast Asia. The role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, complex facilities, including hospitals, clinics, eldercare, and specialized medical facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of healthcare projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design objectives, program requirements, and client expectations are met
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale healthcare projects, including workflow, space planning, and functional layout optimization
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations
• Provide guidance on medical planning, regulatory compliance, and facility operational workflows
• Contribute to FF&E selection, interior detailing, and healthcare-specific design solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare planning, medical planning, or interior design for healthcare facilities
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, preferably ranging S$5M - S$150M (up to 30,000 sqm)
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence, negotiate, and manage client expectations
• Proficient in architectural and interior design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, workflow planning, and hospital design standards

• Location: Central
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$7,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
