Lead and support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance quality of care, patient safety, productivity, and staff and patient experience across hospital and community care settings.
Partner with senior leadership to plan and implement quality and innovation programmes in line with national healthcare standards
Design and deliver customised training and hands-on workshops in Lean Thinking and Human Factors methodologies
Manage the hospital incident reporting system and oversee Serious Reportable Events, ensuring timely submission to MOH.
Facilitate and monitor quality improvement initiatives arising from quality assurance and clinical committees.
Champion safety culture initiatives, including the Speaking Up programme, and organise annual quality and safety events.
Collaborate with external organisations on quality improvement projects, conferences, and cross-institutional initiatives, and support other duties as assigned.
Requirement
Degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a healthcare-related field,
With At least 5 years experience in healthcare Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt required if no healthcare experience.
Experience in facilitating workshops, applying Design Thinking, and implementing human-centred design solutions.
