RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive / Manager in Healthcare to join our clients. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and success of our healthcare business.

As a Senior Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services that meet the needs of our diverse client base. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our healthcare offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Providing strategic direction and oversight for the healthcare business unit

• Developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the delivery of healthcare services

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

• Effectively managing and developing a team of healthcare professionals

• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy

• Reporting on key performance metrics and driving continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business Management or any other field of studies

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare management or a related field
