Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT and automation projects.

• Liaise with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system requirements align with operational needs.

• Maintain system databases and perform system testing to support pharmacy workflows.

• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports assist in developing data reports and dashboards.

• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct user training.

• Support process improvement initiatives and system optimisation.

Requirements

• Degree with interest in IT systems, data, or automation.

• Proficient in advanced Excel (e.g. macros, Power Query).

• Knowledge of SQL or data extraction tools preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
