Job Description

Salary: Up to S$3,300 (Commensurate with experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

Location: East

A well-established healthcare organisation is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to support patient enquiries, appointment coordination and customer service operations in a healthcare setting.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily call centre and administrative operations
  • Handle customer and patient enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
  • Attend to customer enquiries and feedback professionally
  • Provide accurate information and follow up on enquiries promptly
  • Perform outbound calls when required
  • Maintain good customer service standards and professionalism

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE O Level
  • Min. 2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment
  • Candidates with Patient Service Associate experience in hospitals or clinics are advantageous
