Job Description
We are looking for a warm, reliable Healthcare Assistant to support our chiropractor and front-of-house operations. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and play a hands-on role in helping treatments run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the chiropractor during consultations and treatment sessions
- Take basic patient information and update records ahead of each consultation
- Guide patients through aftercare instructions and answer routine queries under the chiropractor's direction
- Support patients with mobility, comfort, and safety throughout their visit
- Liaise with the chiropractor on patient flow and follow-up bookings
- Support patient engagement activities such as appointment reminders and feedback collection
Requirements
- Prior experience in a healthcare, clinical support, or patient-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable engaging with patients of all ages
- Caring, patient, and detail-oriented
- Physically able to assist with patient positioning and mobility support
- Able to commit to full-time hours, 5 days a week
