Healthcare assistant/ Enrolled nurse

Job Description:

• Conduct home visits and basic nursing assessment
• Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner
• Manage and monitor a patient's needs.
• ADLs
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Assisting the Doctor as needed.
• Provide Private Shift Nursing at Home
• Report to NM/Dr
• 12hrs shift nursing (8am-8pm/8pm-8am)

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to travel to the relevant locations as needed.
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in hospitals.

Skills required:

• Taking of vital signs
• Basic ADLs
• Changing of diaper
• oral/ tube Feeding
• oral/trachy suctioning

Terms

• Training will be provided.
• 44 hours work week.
• 13th Month
