Roles & Responsibilities
Pinnacle Chiropractic Health Group Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Health Services Manager to support our high-volume clinic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic management, delivering excellent patient service, and supporting the overall growth and standards of the clinic.
Operational Management and Compliance
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and clinic procedures.
- Develop, improve, and implement efficient workflow processes to enhance patient care and clinic productivity.
- Coordinate with different therapy and service departments to ensure smooth delivery of patient services.
- Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the clinic.
Hands-on Patient Service
- Review patients health information, medical history, lifestyle habits, previous injuries, surgeries, and relevant x-ray findings.
- Conduct physical assessments, including reviewing patients range of movement and general functional ability.
- Support the use of clinic-provided therapy services and devices, including stretch therapy, muscle recovery services, and other treatment support tools.
- Provide professional and attentive patient care in accordance with company protocols.
Staff Training and Supervision
- Train and supervise clinic staff and therapists on company protocols, service standards, and operational SOPs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, and service-focused working environment.
- Ensure staff maintain consistency in patient service, communication, and clinic standards.
Patient Management
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure appointments are managed efficiently.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Implement initiatives to improve patient experience and retention.
- Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Educate patients on suitable exercises, techniques, and lifestyle habits to support long-term care.
- Refer patients to the most suitable therapy or service department based on their needs and care requirements.
Sales and Clinic Performance
- Support the clinic in achieving monthly sales and performance targets.
- Monitor clinic performance and work with the team to improve conversion, retention, and patient satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing patient engagement and service improvement strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake on-call duties when required.
- Support and conduct health talks, corporate events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Carry out administrative duties and reporting tasks as assigned.
- Attend company meetings, trainings, seminars, and professional development sessions when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
