What The Role Is
To develop, review and implement manpower policies for healthcare professionals (doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals) and other healthcare staff, to ensure an adequate, qualified and sustainable manpower supply for the public healthcare sector in Singapore.

What You Will Be Working On
You will develop, review and implement manpower policies and strategies for the public healthcare sector, such as in the following areas:
- Ensure market competitiveness of public healthcare sector salaries
- Strengthen retention of healthcare professionals and other healthcare staff in the public healthcare sector
- Evaluate funding proposals for recruitment of healthcare professionals joining new or expanding public healthcare institutions
- Review HR policies
- Analyse manpower trends of the public healthcare sector
What We Are Looking For
- Strong analytical skills; able to grasp and articulate abstract concepts easily
- Comfortable working with quantitative data
- Team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work within tight timelines
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage
- Training in human resources management and policy reviews would be an advantage
