- Position : Health Manager (Insurance)

- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Health Team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding and career growth support.
- Manage departmental operations, budgets, and financial performance.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
- Establish controls and reporting systems to monitor team performance.
- Analyze financial, sales, and operational reports to track goals and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular management reports and department updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent work practices and support cross-selling initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong product knowledge.
- Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Mandatory certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and a strong team player.
- Good analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Eager to learn and grow with the organization.
