Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Assistant at Artisan Medical Group in Singapore. The CA will be responsible for providing assistance for primary care services, nursing support, and family medicine during consultations. Training and continuous professional development are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Diploma in Healthcare or related field is a plus
