Job Title: Health Attendant

Overview:
As a Health Attendant, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients daily living activities and maintaining a safe, clean, and caring environment. Your dedication and compassion will contribute significantly to the quality of care provided within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Main Responsibilities
- Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding clients as necessary assist in drying and clothing clients after bath by Nursing Aides, providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Provides appropriate engagement for clients by utilizing resources and materials
- Assist to accompany clients for medical / non-medical reviews when necessary
- Cleaning / washing of lavatories and shower stalls as well as laundry duties (when regular cleaning / laundry staff absent)
- Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures
- Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.
2.Others
- Participate in fund raising activities
- Any other (non-clinical) duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or caregiving.
- Certification in Nursing Aide or Certificate in Healthcare Attendant (preferably trained in Singapore).
- Must be able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to handle daily care activities.
- Open to learning and taking on varied responsibilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.
- Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
