Head Tiler

We are seeking an experienced Head Tiler to lead tiling projects for our renovation company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, measuring, cutting, and installing tiles with precision and efficiency. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and coordinating with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise tiling projects from start to finish

Measure and cut tiles to fit designated spaces accurately

Prepare surfaces for tiling, including leveling and waterproofing

Ensure high-quality tile installation and finishing

Train and mentor junior tilers

Maintain tools and materials, ensuring proper usage

Adhere to safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional tiler (5+ years preferred)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Expertise in various tiling techniques and materials

Attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship

Good communication and teamwork skills
