Head - Supply Chain Manager (Senior Manager)

Rakon, A Bourns Company, is looking for a seasoned Head - Supply Chain Manager (Senior Manager) to lead and drive our end-to-end supply chain operations in India.

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for:

• Supply Planning & S&OP
• Inventory Management & Optimization
• Stores & Dispatch Operations
• Logistics & Regulatory Compliance (SEZ, Import/Export)
• Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ 15-18 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience

✔ Strong background in manufacturing or electronics industries

✔ Expertise in SAP, supply planning, logistics, and inventory optimization

✔ Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)

✔ APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an added advantage
