Operating in an exciting early-growth phase, we are building our presence across the healthcare ecosystem through partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare providers. Our goal is to deliver innovative, data-driven oncology solutions that meaningfully improve patient outcomes.

We are now seeking a commercially driven Snr Manager / Head of Sales to help shape and execute our growth strategy, build the commercial foundation from the ground up, and scale the business in a rapidly evolving healthcare market.

Responsibilities

. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

. Lead commercial planning, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

. Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.

. Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

. Lead business development activities, including clinic outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

. Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to align commercial objectives.

. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance trackingto ensure business growth.

Requirement

  • At least 5 years experience in oncology-focused sectors, including cancer diagnostics or oncology drug sales. Or prior experience in organizations with similar business models or within related healthcare/life sciences industries.
  • Ability to lead front-line business development activities, including clinic visits, lead generation, and account acquisition.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and scale business strategies from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for oncology and precision medicine are highly preferred.
